About the Job

Pulastya Legal (www.pulastyalegal.com), is looking to hire a Senior Legal Associate to join its Mumbai / Bengaluru office. Initially, the position will be remote-based but the incumbent will be required to attend the office as and when it becomes safer to do so.

Eligibility

Interested candidates are expected to have solid legal drafting skills and reviewing the experience of 2-3 years working with an IP / Corporate law firm or in an in-house team. Strong knowledge of Contracts laws, Intellectual Property laws, Information Technology laws, and General Business Laws is a must.

Responsibilities

The position requires solid experience in drafting and review of legal agreements, documents, and deeds. The nature of these agreements includes Business/Commercial agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Employment-related agreements, HR Policies, Master Services, and Consultancy agreements, Software Licensing agreements, Media and Entertainment Law related agreements such as Production and Cast and Crew agreements, Brand Endorsement agreements, and so on. The selected candidate shall also work on standard IT policies, such as Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other related policies for e-commerce portals.
