Requirements of the Job Opportunity at Mensa Brands

• Requirements – 4-6 years PQE, preferably from a reputed law firm.
• Experience in M&A, including share purchase/ business purchase arrangements
• Understanding of employment laws
• Understanding of FEMA
• Understanding of general corporate and regulatory compliances
• Experience with general contracting, including vendor contracts, employee contracts, NDA
• Experience in drafting general corporate contracts
