Eligibility Criteria (Filtered for Law & Environmental Professionals)
1. Assistant Manager (Grade A)
- Generalist Stream: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or BA+LLB (5-year) with at least 02 years of post-qualification experience.
- Environment and Social Safeguard Stream: Requires a Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Environmental Management or Environmental Sciences with at least 02 years of post-qualification experience.
2. Manager (Grade B)
- Generalist Stream: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or BA+LLB (5-year).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in related areas within the financial sector, Banks, PSUs, or reputed corporates, AND an overall experience of a minimum of 7 years in the officer/executive cadre.
- Environment and Social Safeguard Stream: Requires a Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Environmental Management or Environmental Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in related areas within the financial sector/PSUs AND an overall experience of a minimum of 7 years in the officer/executive cadre.
Selection Process
IIFCL employs a competitive two-stage selection process:
- Phase I: Online Examination (Objective Type) focusing on reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English, and professional knowledge.
- Phase II: Personal Interview assessing both technical expertise and behavioral traits.
- Document Verification: Final stage before the offer of appointment.
