Job Description:

  • Carrying out any other work assigned by the concerned Head of Department (HoD) / DPA Management.

Remuneration and Contractual Terms

The engagement is purely on a contract basis and does not confer any right to claim regular appointment.

  • Monthly Emoluments: The consolidated monthly remuneration offered is Rs. 80,000/-.
  • Increment: The monthly consolidated remuneration may be enhanced to a maximum of a 5% annual increment, subject to satisfactory performance.
  • Tenure: The contract duration is for a period of 3 years from the date of joining, which may be extended by another 2 years based on the performance and the candidate/necessity of engagement.

Selection Process and Important Dates

The Normal Selection Procedure involves shortlisting candidates based on qualification and experience, as determined by the DPA Management. The final selection will be made through a Personal Interview.

Any legal proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to Courts/Tribunals/Forums at Ahmedabad/Gandhidham only.

How to Apply

Applicants must follow a two-step application process involving online submission followed by hard copy dispatch.

  1. Online Application: Applicants are required to apply online through the link available on the Deendayal Port Authority’s website: http://www.deendayalport.gov.in under the Recruitment Section. The application form will be available until 28/11/2025.
  2. Hard Copy Submission: The applicants must take a print-out of the duly filled-in Application Form from the online link, affix a recent passport size photograph, and send the same along with attested copies of all educational/experience/age certificates and other required documents.
  3. Dispatch Method: The documents must be sent through Speed Post/Registered Post.
  4. Submission Deadline: The hard copies must reach the Authority on or before 08/12/2025.

Applications received in Hard Copies (printout of online application) only will be considered. Incomplete applications or applications received late shall be summarily rejected. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
