Legal Education Awareness Foundation (LEAF) is a non-governmental organization established with the aim of awakening Indian citizens by conducting several workshops, seminars, and competitions in various parts of the country. The organization wishes to achieve its dream of an awake India. The majority of the population does not know their legal rights and duties and relevant provisions available to them. The ones who actually have a fair knowledge of the subject, don’t seem to apply and implement the same, entirely.

LEAF believes that legal education in India needs to cross its boundaries beyond the walls of law schools and courts. It seems to be a need of the hour, owing to exploitation that is happening due to lack of awareness in people. Also, in today’s competitive world, legal education is a prerequisite to success, be it any field – medical, engineering, social sciences, entertainment, or fashion, the law holds a strong foothold.

About The Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conduct legal research on socio-legal issues
  • Assist the organization in routine tasks
  • Engage in various projects of the organization on a rolling basis

Team Attorneylex is a Student-run organisation, it is an online platform for law students where they can contribute their legal knowledge and get recognized for their contribution. We aim to guide law students in their legal research, content writing, case analysis, read or understand the judgments passed by the courts, etc. because we believe that these things are an essential part of the legal profession.

In this epoch of information explosion, it has become really difficult to rely on the content available online because of various reasons sometimes it is the authenticity of the content itself, the language of content, wrong citations etc. But we are here to ensure quality content for you, written by experienced writers, checked by professionals. This is a website with a mission to provide legal reporting more accurate, transparent and accessible to everyone.

Along with the other activities the endeavour is to deliver legal help to the sectors of society that are unable to access existing legal services due to illiteracy and poor economic conditions.

About the Internship Program

The basic purpose of this internship is to provide a platform to the students of law where they can learn new things like legal writing, legal research, how to analyze a case, how to read the judgment of the courts, etc. We at Team Attorneylex believe that ‘legal research and legal writing’ are the top-notch quality of any legal professional, that’s why we are providing this opportunity to the law students of the country so that they can learn these important things which will help them in their future.

Nature of Internship

Team Attorneylex is looking for passionate, hard-working, and sincere interns for the month of March-April.

Interns will be required to do Legal Research, Content writing and Marketing works allotted to them from time to time. He/she will be given the credit for their work. 

Internship Location – Work from Home (this is an online internship)

Who can apply – any law student of any recognized university/ college may apply for this internship.

Duration of Internship – One Month ( starting from 20th March)
