Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) invites online applications for the post of Legal Assistant in Delhi Pollution Control Committee, Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board, Department of Law, Justice and Legislative Affairs, and Delhi Transport Corporation.
Eligibility
Legal Assistant (Delhi Pollution Control Committee)
- Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Three years’ experience as a Legal Practitioner or one year of experience in Legal work in a Government Department.
Legal Assistant (Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board)
- Possessing a Regular Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for registration at the bar and appearing before the courts) from a recognized university or equivalent and 03 years’ experience at the bar.
Legal Assistant (Department of Law, Justice and Legislative Affairs)
- Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Two years’ experience as a Legal Practitioner or one year of experience in handling Legal work in a Government Department/PSU.
Legal Assistant (Delhi Transport Corporation)
- Graduate in Law from a recognized institution established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or Provincial Act, or a State Act, or any other institution or foreign institution approved by the Central Government.
- At least one year of experience working with an advocate and enrolled with the Bar Council.
- Should have knowledge (read and write) of the Hindi Language.
