Trivedi & Parashar is a full-service International Boutique Law Firm. We started our journey in August 2020 with a young and dynamic team of national and foreign lawyers among the disarray created by COVID-19 in all sections of society and sectors of businesses. Our principal office is based out of New Delhi. We have a pan-India presence with associated offices in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Patna (Bihar), Nainital (Uttrakhand), Ranchi (Jharkhand) and Chandigarh, Punjab & Haryana. Notably, we have collaborations with various practising trans-national lawyers in India and abroad specific to the Middle East, European Union and Latin America which has widened our potential to provide legal assistance to its clients across India and overseas.

The Firm is an outcome of the purpose and vision shared by the Founding Partner(s), Mr Harsh Trivedi and Mr Shantanu Parashar and together, they bring 10 years of dedicated legal experience and legal expertise. About the Internship Opportunity

Trivedi & Parashar (Advocates and Solicitors) is looking for law interns.

Eligibility

• 4th and 5th-year law students only
• Availability for a minimum of two months of internship.
• Having experience or wanting to gain experience in the field of Corporate, Commercial and Litigation work.

Work Profile

The interns will be required to conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and occasionally accompany the associates to attend Court proceedings and client conferences.

Mode

Due to the current COVID scenario, interns will be required to work from home mostly.
