It is very important law because it is part of our daily activities. There are many rights and liabilities to both buyer and seller, through this course we came to know about every basics thing related to Consumer Protection Act. This Course treads carefully to make sure a healthy balance between theory and practice because it allows the learner to use the law to the facts by understanding not only the legal provisions but also the procedure followed by consumer courts across the country.
