ABOUT THE MONSOON COURSE ON ADVANCE CRIMINAL LAW 

The duration of this course is from 29th August 2021- 4th September 2021 and would be dealing with various nuances of the fundamentals of criminal justice administration, discussions on crime policies and issues relating to governance of crimes, comprehending the relevance of special statutes governing them, and understanding the effectiveness of the procedural and substantive laws on crimes and punishments.

The course would mainly be adopted keeping a view of an interdisciplinary perspective on Criminal Law and taught in a virtual classroom teaching mode. The course aims to enable the participants in streamlining the objective relation between various branches of law to gain a sound knowledge of the procedural and substantive laws governing the crimes and punishments. 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

There is no particular eligibility criteria for the certificate course, however it is recommended that the participants must have studied and be familiar with IPC and CrPC. There are 100 seats available for the course which would be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
