Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
To be eligible for this prestigious E-1 Grade role, candidates must meet the following strict academic and age requirements as of 01.05.2026:
- Age Limit: 18 to 32 Years.
- Educational Qualification: A full-time 3-Year LLB OR a 5-Year Integrated LLB degree with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized University/Institute.
- Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have qualified and hold a valid score for CLAT-PG 2026.
Salary & Remuneration
Selected candidates will be placed in the E-1 Grade (IDA Pay Scale) with a highly lucrative pay band of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000/-.
Selection Process
DMRC utilizes a rigorous, multi-stage selection process to identify top legal talent:
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their CLAT-PG 2026 scores in a 1:5 ratio (i.e., 15 candidates will be called for the 3 vacancies).
- Group Discussion (GD): To assess communication skills, legal reasoning, and team dynamics.
- Personal Interview: A comprehensive evaluation of legal acumen and suitability for DMRC’s corporate environment.
- Medical Examination: Final clearance based on DMRC’s medical fitness standards.
