About the Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities to include:

• Review all legal documentation
• Review term sheet
• Review deal terms for M&A transactions for international deals

Eligibility

Only Those Candidates Can Apply Who

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 12th Nov’21 and 17th Dec’21
• are available for a duration of 4 months
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend

Rs. 3500 – Rs. 5000 per month
