Spot Multi Commodities Market Limited is the upcoming Indian electronic web-based, online, commodities spot market, and services company. It combines the best features of financial markets and spot markets. Its main role is to provide a complete solution to its customers including trade facilitation, collateral management, logistics and supply chain management, and clearing and settlement. Spot provides customized solutions to farmers, traders, processors, exporters, importers, arbitrageurs, investors, and other participants related to commodity procurement, storage, marketing, warehouse receipt financing, etc.

About the Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Handle company compliance and legal work
• Handle trademark-related work
• Work on forming agreements
• Work on framing agreements & contracts
• Work on market watch
• Handle drafting and documentation
• Handle secretarial matters
• Read finance/stock related articles & summarize them
• Handle any other tasks/responsibilities that be assigned from time to time with respect to litigation

Eligibility

Only Those Candidates Can Apply Who

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 11th Nov’21 and 16th Dec’21
• are available for a duration of 3 months
• are from Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and neighboring cities
• have relevant skills and interests
• Women wanting to start/restart their careers can also apply.

Stipend

Rs. 3500 – Rs. 4000 per month
