The firm Lawmax Advocates & Solicitors was established in 2007 as a sole proprietorship firm that has accelerated in various horizons and at present, our team comprises of young and dynamic professionals conversant and specialized in the diverse spheres of laws to ensure delivery of customized, practicable and affordable solutions to the clients. In brief, the practice area served by Lawmax includes IPO management, corporate & commercial laws, taxation, intellectual property right management, representations before various forums such as government authorities, judicial & quasi-judicial authorities, stock exchange, independent regulatory bodies. The firm renders legal consultancy and is involved in documentation and drafting, with clear and practicable advice. We facilitate the establishment, maintenance, and expansion of the business and commercial activities envisaged by our clients.

About the Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Copying, maintaining, and filing court files/documents
• Conducting legal research
• Aiding lawyers with paperwork and courtroom
• Traveling to various courts/tribunal/any other place for coordination/filing as work demands

Eligibility

Only Those Candidates Can Apply Who

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 29th Oct’21 and 3rd Dec’21
• are available for a duration of 3 months
• are from Delhi and neighboring cities
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend

Rs. 5000 per month
