About the Organization

RERA Easy is a team of experts, specializing in the real estate regulatory act (RERA). RERA Easy was started in April 2017 with a sole motto to guide and assist the real estate professionals understand, executing, and complying with the RERA act. It is currently on the panel of 400+ builders and developers across the state as their RERA consultants.

About the Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Drafting agreement for sale, search report
• Drafting various documents like contracts, MoU, declaration, undertaking
• Assisting in case drafting and drafting other litigation documents
• Assisting the panel advocate/counsel for the hearing
• Researching and vetting of documents
• Handling IGR Maharashtra website for search and vetting of documents

Eligibility

Only Those Candidates Can Apply Who

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 29th Oct’21 and 3rd Dec’21
• are available for a duration of 6 months
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend

Rs. 5000 – Rs. 10,000 per month
