About the Organisation

Corporate Advisors Law Professionals LLP is a group of company law professionals working in Kolkata for the past 5 years. We provide legal services for corporate houses and specialize in services like due diligence, secretarial audit, insolvency, and NCLT matters.

About the Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Drafting legal documentation, e-forms, and articles on company law
• Learning about corporate law while getting trained
• Performing departmental visits and client visits with seniors (transport will be reimbursed)

Eligibility

Only Those Candidates Can Apply Who

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 27th Jul’21 and 31st Aug’21
• are available for a duration of 3 months
• have relevant skills and interests
• Women wanting to start/restart their careers can also apply.
