The academic session is spread across nearly. hours and covers various areas such as the scope of power of the United States federal government as compared to the individual states and the fundamental rights of individuals, Economic Liberties under the US Constitution, Right to Privacy & US Constitution etc

It has been generally noted that there is a gulf existing between the theoretical teachings and practical applications of the legal knowledge disseminated. What we aim through this certificate course is to bridge that gap between theory and practicality to provide a platform to the students with a stage of gaining.

Any student who is pursuing a five years of a three years course of law will be preferred.

Even a LLM student  or a PhD scholar can Participant.
