Ideal Institute of Management and Technology was established in the year 1999 under the auspices of New Millennium Education Society. The institute is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, and its professional courses in Law and Business Administration are recognised by Bar Council of India and Government of NCT, Delhi. ABOUT THE FDP

The sudden emergence of Covid-19 has necessitated many revolutionary changes in the functioning of every sector of our society. This unexpected Global phenomenon threw many Challenges but also opened the way for various unexplored Opportunities, Strategies and Innovations. In this rapidly changing

environment, we as researchers and teachers, need to develop our skills and

competencies to adapt to the new developments. because we do not only affect our lives but also touch those of our students. This FDP is designed to give the participants an insight into Global Educational and Economic Order in the Post-Covid-19 Era. The concept behind this Faculty Development Programme is to inculcate skills in the teaching fraternity that relate to effectively dealing with Emerging Challenges & identifying the ample Opportunities unfolding for all of us. The focus of the programme will be to develop an understanding of advances

made in the field of Management, Information Technology and Law, in the wake of COVID -19.
