Besides the Basic Pay, candidates are also entitled to Dearness Allowance, HRA, perquisites and allowances under the cafeteria approach, and other applicable allowances.

Service Bond Requirement:

Selected candidates must execute a Bond for Rs. 1,00,000/- in favor of MSTC Ltd. This bond requires the candidate to serve the Company for a minimum period of 5 years.

Selection Procedure
