The link to the quiz will be provided to all the registered participants on the WhatsApp group formed by the coordinators. Participants are required to have an internet connection to take the quiz.
Any form submitted after the 20 min deadline will not be accepted and no points will be given to any question therewith.
All ties will go through a 2-stage process:
a) Stage 1: Special “Star Marked (*)” questions are placed at Q5, Q10, Q15, Q20, Q25. In case of any ties, the participant who has attempted more star marked questions will be given preference.
b) Stage 2: In case of tie even after the Stage 1, the participant who has finished the quiz earlier will be given preference.

When reviewing submissions, the Editorial Board considers whether the manuscripts are contemporarily relevant, topical and creative.
Citation: The Citation style should be in consonance with Harvard Blue Book, 20th Edition. Speaking footnotes are discouraged.

The copyright of the entry to the Journal will rest with the Editorial Board once the entry has been selected and the authors (s) of the same have been notified.
The final decision as to the acceptance of manuscripts rests with the Editorial Board.
Note: No publication fee will be charged at any stage.
Word Limit (Exclusive of Footnotes)
Articles: It must comprehensively analyse a specific issue including the status quo, indicating the lacunae and potential solutions. Author may compare the law of other jurisdiction to strengthen the argument in between 8,000 and 10,000 words.
Short Articles: They are more concise than articles, in terms of scope and conceptualization. It should be between 5,000 and 8,000 words.
Case Commentaries: A comment critiques a recent judgement, landmark case or any recent legislation or bill before the Parliament or a state legislature in between 3,000 and 5,000 words.
Book Review: A critical review of any book related to the law in between 3,000 and 5,000 words.
Submission Details
All the Articles, Short Articles and Case Commentaries being contributed for Indian Journal of Law and Public Policy are to be sent at journal[at]ijlpp.com
The manuscript must not contain any indication of the identity of the author.
The entries should reach the given email id before 5:00 PM, 28th August 2020.
Entry should be in either ‘.doc’ or ‘.docx’ format.
A cover letter in either ‘.doc’ or ‘.docx’ format, mentioning the name, contact numbers, name of the institution, name of the university should be attached SEPARATELY along with the article itself in the same mail.
The subject of the mail should be: “Submission for Volume 7 issue 1”.
An e-mail confirming the receipt of the entry and subsequently notifying selected works of the author (s) will be sent.

About Kanooniyat – Campus Ambassador Program
We have launched Kanooniyat – Campus Ambassador Program to reach more colleges, universities and students through designated Campus Ambassadors. The aim of the program is to maximize our outreach amongst Law Students while giving the ambassadors an opportunity to inculcate organizational and management capabilities along with professionalism. A Campus Ambassador also has an opportunity to work with various students from colleges spread across India thereby fostering communication and growth. Through Our Campus Ambassador Program, we aim to give the students an opportunity to represent Kanooniyat in their campus.
Key tasks of our ambassadors include the following:
Marketers: Promote and market our events and services in colleges/universities (online and offline) by circulating our ads, posters and videos through email, Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Representative: Be Kanooniyat’s representative for communication between Kanooniyat and societies of colleges/universities.
College promotion- College promotion includes displaying Kanooniyat’s banners and posters on notice boards and in college groups to promote Kanooniyat and its events among their peers.
Events- This asks for joint association of the college & Kanooniyat and the campus ambassador plays an important role in building their relationship with each other. The campus ambassadors will be required to organize events in their college in association with Kanooniyat.
Interviews- Conduct interviews of faculty members, students and legal professionals.

We are hiring 2 Campus Ambassadors from Each college/Universities in India.
Student pursuing his/her graduation degree in law.

NOTE: Members of Societies in their colleges/universities will be given special preference.
