About the Job
They are Hiring Legal – Associate, a full-time permanent position.
Job Responsibilities:
Drafting of petition, Applications, Replies etc., Appearances before courts and tribunals, Briefing Senior Advocates, Advocates., Drafting of Legal Notices, Agreements etc.
Eligibility
- Have sound knowledge of Corporate Litigation and Disputes, Arbitration, Corporate Transactions.
- Must have worked in some good law firms.
- Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
