We are inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. To be responsible as a member of the legal department of the company with the primary role of contract management.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of Paid Internship Opportunity at Vistara are:
- Contract Metadata Abstraction
- Legal Research
- Contract Research
- Assisting in Contract Management implementation
- Assisting Legal Team in day-to-day activities
Skills and Attributes
- Legal know-how of Contract and Contractual terms
- Skills to prepare reports and MIS
- Ability to understand pre-execution and post-execution processes of contracts
Qualification
3rd Year and 4th Year students of reputed law colleges
Internship Location
Gurgaon (Only for candidates whose current location is Delhi NCR)
Selection Procedure
Candidates with the required skills and eligibility will be required to appear for an interview
Stipend
As per industry standards.
