About the Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Advising the new amendments and standards
• Overseeing client and vendor contracts
• Conducting legal research
• Drafting letters, documents, and contracts
• Providing arbitration, litigation, and mediation support

• Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes
• Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses
• Providing commercially sensible and cost-effective legal advice for contracts to the management
• Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters
• Providing advice on legal matters
• Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents
• Reviewing legal material
• Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes
• Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses

Other Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of corporate laws
• Experience in the law field
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Eligibility

Only Those Candidates Can Apply Who

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 20th Oct’21 and 24th Nov’21
• are available for a duration of 3 months
• are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend

Rs. 3000 per month
