About the Conference
This is a webinar comprising of a course into practical drafting with regard to Public Interest Litigation drafting. While other drafting course requires huge amounts of money, this is a crash course which equips you with what is necessary. Advocate Ankan Biswas, the first Practicing Trans-man Advocate and Practitioner at the High Court of Calcutta would be gracing the occasion as speaker in the workshop. Apart from the session, draft documents would also be shared as reference material which would assist the participants when they draft their first documents.
