Delhi HC has identified that the Govt. Of Delhi has not administered more than 50% of the tests for COVID19 and has lagged to meet his own target.
At the time of giving this statement, the Division Bench of Justice Hima Kohli and Justice Subramonium Prasad also directed the Govt of Delhi to submit an affidavit asserting the minutes of the conference of the Committee constituted by the Lieutenant Governor to look into the preparedness of Delhi to handle with COVID19.
This order has arrived in a PIL striving for a reasonable number of testing for COVID patients in both Govt hospitals and private hospitals.
