The Directorate of Income Tax (Legal & Research), CBDT, New Delhi is inviting applications for the post of Legal Consultant.

Eligibility

Essential Qualification and Experience:

• Law Graduates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with:
• Postgraduate qualifications
• Work experience in direct taxes
• Knowledge and experience in legal research and analysis using legal databases (preference for candidates with published research papers)
• Good working knowledge of English, including drafting skills
• Fair knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Age Limit- 35 Years

Remuneration

₹1,12,500 per month (lump sum)
