The National Green Tribunal is a statutory body in India that focuses on expeditious disposal of cases related to the protection of the natural environment and natural resources. It was set up under the National Green Tribunal Act in 2010.

About the Job

The National Green Tribunal invites applications for the position of Legal Researcher at its Principal Bench, New Delhi on a contractual basis.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Law with knowledge of:

• Legal Research
• Environmental Laws
• Court Procedures

Preference will be given to candidates with a postgraduate degree in Law or experience in legal research or legal studies.

Remuneration

Remuneration will be decided by the Competent Authority, depending upon the candidate’s merit, experience, and last pay drawn.
