Eligibility Criteria & Experience Required

To qualify for the Manager (Legal & Corporate) role, candidates must have a strong background in corporate law and compliance.

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) OR a Full-time MBA from a B-School/Premier institute with a specialization in Legal & Regulatory matters.
  • Preference: Candidates holding an LLM or Company Secretary (CS) qualification alongside an LLB will be given preference.
• Experience Required: A minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience in Legal, Corporate Governance, and Compliances, especially within a listed company or reputed law firm.
  • Specific Condition: Out of the 5 years, at least 02 years must be in a Senior Officer/Middle managerial position (E-2 or equivalent in a PSU, or Manager level in the Private sector). Preference will be given to candidates with prior Government/PSU experience.

Salary & Compensation

The selected candidate will receive a highly attractive, all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of ₹1,00,000 per month.

1. Personal Interview: To assess expertise in corporate governance and legal compliance.
2. Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Mandatory for final clearance.
