About the Organization

India Filings Private Limited is India’s largest online business services platform dedicated to helping people easily start and grow their businesses at an affordable cost. We were started in October 2013 with the mission of making it easier for entrepreneurs to start their businesses. We have, since then, helped start and operate thousands of businesses by offering a range of business services. Our aim is to help the entrepreneur with the legal and regulatory requirements and be a partner throughout the business life cycle, offering support at every stage to ensure that the business remains compliant and continually growing.

About the Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Appear in the High Court for trademark hearings
• Work on IPR hearings
• Work on trusts with the legal department
• Represent cases for clients in IPR, NCLT, High Court and other legal proceedings all over India draw up legal documents, registration, manage and advise clients on legal transactions

Eligibility

Only Those Candidates Can Apply Who

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 24th Aug’21 and 28th Sep’21
• are available for a duration of 6 months
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend

Rs. 20,000 per month
