Research paper writing is otherwise, prominet feature of law and justice delivery system. Basically, law though, enacted in legislature, has unquie feature of having been entrusted to legal ferternity to interpret it. Rather mind of legisture in proxy is defined and explained by courts. It definitely has inherent quality of rationalizing the inequality as also irrationality as between executive and subjects to properly guard the contents of laws. Legal research is never based on speculations but on notions and interpretation of jurists which interpretation even law makers are sometimes ignorant of while legislating the laws. Thus in the field of legal research jurists mind works so critically and base source which must be highly scholed and scholarly oriented instead based and sourced on political pleasures and inclinations.
